Frank Warren announced that the pending court action against his former star, Ricky the Hitman Hatton would be dropped in favour of developing a working relationship with the fighter in the near future.

Speculation has begun that perhaps Warren would like to promote an event involving the Hitman to face his fight, M'Baye for the WBA title that Ricky gave up to pursue the welterweight division.
